By accessing and using Maisie Beauty Salon's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Booking and Appointments

• Appointments must be booked in advance
• A valid credit card is required to secure your booking
• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations
• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are in Canadian dollars ($CAD) and include applicable taxes
• Payment is required at the time of service
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash
• Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at time of service
• Special promotions cannot be combined with other offers

4. Health and Safety

• Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions and allergies
• We reserve the right to refuse service based on health and safety concerns
• Clients must follow all safety instructions provided by staff
• Personal hygiene is required for all services

5. Client Conduct

We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or abuse towards staff or other clients will result in immediate termination of service and possible legal action.

6. Service Guarantee

• We strive to provide high-quality services to all clients
• Concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service
• Refunds or adjustments are at management's discretion
• Results may vary between individuals

7. Personal Property

Maisie Beauty Salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Clients are advised to keep valuable items secure or leave them at home.

8. Gift Certificates

• Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from purchase date
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Must be presented at time of service
• Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced

9. Online Booking

• Online bookings are subject to availability
• Confirmation emails must be received to guarantee booking
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel online bookings
• Accurate contact information must be provided

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
